Just wanted to mention a free (web2.0ish?) medical dictionary visualization tool we developed:

Visual Medical Dictionary
http://www.curehunter.com/public/dictionary.do

It goes beyond regular dictionaries by displaying an ontology context tree (MeSH based) and interactive network graph of related drugs, diseases and therapies.

For example: a search for "psoriasis" will show a strong relationship with "Cyclosporine" and "Phototherapy" among other drugs and therapies.

Please check it out if you get a chance.
(sorry for the blatant pr)

Hi,
Along with a team of scientists we have developed another vertical search engine on life science.

The life science search engine is:

http://www.brij.in/

It searches for only about six thousand websites on life science , and the results can be further refined on labels. Basically it is a customized search engine of Google, but a lot of efforts have been done in ranking, and including and excluding sites on keywords.
